THOUGHTS AND THEIR OWNERS

Each person has his own unique life experience, on the basis of which we interpret information coming from the external environment. Because of this unique background, we see the world around us differently, so one thought can never be equally perceived by two people.

In the installation "Thoughts and Their Owners" we used quotes from the works of Isaac Asimov, which served as the basis for creating an installation, the meaning of which lies in the metaphorical interpretation of the words that appeared. Each person makes, from the fragments of the phrase shown by him, the process of analysis of which is carried out by searching for associative structures in his personal life experience. Thus, in our project, we draw attention to how the knowledge transmitted by another person can never be interpreted in the same way. However, it is the basis for the development and formation of new planes of human consciousness.
